Terms and Conditions of “All Together Bonus 7-Eleven”
  1. Customers may apply for the “All Together Bonus 7-Eleven” program at any participating 7-Eleven outlet from today until 31 December 2008.

Participants under this promotion are required to activate their TrueMove mobile phone service and have their True Privilege – All Together Bonus card scanned every purchase at any participating 7-Eleven outlet so as to receive TrueMove free calling credit bonus.
  3. Bonus reward to be received upon buying goods at any participating 7-Eleven outlet can be redeemed for TrueMove calling credits at the rate equivalent to the total amount of purchase (except transactions relating to bill payments at Counter Service, Love Card service, playing cards, cigarettes and any SIM card from AIS, DTAC and HUTCH)
  4. (Accumulated) Bonus points will be summed up on a weekly basis, calculated from the total amount of purchases during the period from 06:00 a.m. on Monday of the current week to 05:59 a.m. on the following Monday, and transferred to the Participant’s account on Tuesdays.
  5. The bonus from the All Together Bonus program cannot be used in conjunction with the following TrueMove services:
   
5.1 Pre Pay promotions: Nan Jing Jing, Fair Fair 3, Two Year Long, One Baht per Hour, TrueLife Free View and Super hi-speed Internet;
5.2 Post Pay promotions: Buffet SIM, TrueLife Free View and Super hi-speed Internet
  6. TrueMove Free Calling Credit Bonus can be used any day, all day except the period from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. subject to the following details:
   
6.1 Free calling credit bonus can be used from the second minute onwards and call fee is charged at three Baht per minute deducted from the User’s monthly bonus.
6.2 Call fee is charged at three Baht for the first minute deducted from the topped up value of the User’s Pre Pay account or the value from the promotion of which the Post Pay User is using.
6.3 In the case where monthly free call bonus is used up, call fee will be charged at the rate associated with the User’s prepaid or postpaid current promotion.
  7. This bonus is not available for voice service, special numbers such as 1900, international call, SMS, download service such as SMS, MMS and GPRS, all TrueMove value added services, and Friend & Family numbers.
  8. This bonus cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. Users acknowledge that the rights under this promotion are individual rights and non-transferable.
  10. Unused bonus of each month can be rolled over until 31 December 2008.
  11. This promotion is valid until 31 December 2008 or while the bonus remains.
  12. Users under this promotion and/or those who receive bonus may check their remaining bonus value by texting “Bonus” to 9096 (in case of TrueMove Post Pay) or press #123#1# and call (in case of TrueMove Pre Pay).
  13. In the case where a User under this promotion cancels or changes his/her package, all existing bonuses shall be canceled.
  14. Should there be any regulation, order or policy set forth by any relevant authority to amend, suspend or cancel service charge and/or interconnection charge and/or any term or condition of this promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to alter, amend or cancel such term or condition without prior notice. In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the rights of TrueMove to alter, amend or cancel terms and conditions of this promotion as deemed appropriate without prior notice. TrueMove has the rights to cancel the privilege under this promotion if it deems that there is any dishonest behavior or fraud of document so as to take benefits of this promotion or abuse of the bonus.
  15. TrueMove reserves its rights to cancel or terminate this promotion if it considers that there is dishonest behavior or fraud of document so as to assume the rights or abuse of this promotion.
  16. TrueMove reserves its right to alter such aforesaid terms and conditions without prior notice.
