1. |
This
promotion is set for students in Higher
Education, Master’s Degree, Doctoral
Degree, Vocational Education, Commerce
and Higher Vocational Certificate
from any public or private educational
institutes who apply for or use TrueMove
service. |

2. |
Users
may join the All Together Bonus program
from 16 June 2007 to 31 October 2008
or until further notice. |

3. |
Applicant
is required to present his/her student
card as evidence. |
| |
4. |
User’s
tuition fee can redeem for free calling
credit bonus of one TrueMove number. |
| |
5. |
User
will receive free calling credit bonus
worth 250 Baht per month. The first
bonus will be given within seven working
days as from the date of application
and the next bonuses will be given
on the first date of each month totaling
eleven months. |

6. |
The
followings are call fees for this
promotion: |

| 6.1 |
Any call made
to TrueMove number during the
period from 11:00 p.m. – 4:59
p.m. is charged at 1.25 Baht
per minute with the first minute
deducted from the credits topped
up on the Pre Pay account and
the second minute onwards deducted
from free calling credit bonus
received each month. |
| 6.2 |
Any call made to TrueMove
number during the period from
5:00 p.m. – 10:59 p.m. and to
any other mobile number throughout
24 hours is charged at 1.25
Baht per minute deducted from
credits topped up on the Pre
Pay account. |
| 6.3 |
In the case where the free
calling credit bonus of the
month is used up, call fee will
be charged at 1.25 Baht per
minute. |

7. |
The
followings are conditions for use
of free calling credit bonus received
from All Together Bonus on Campus
program: |

| 7.1 |
This free calling
credit bonus is valid for calls
made to TrueMove number during
the period from 11:00 p.m. –
4:59 p.m. |
| 7.2 |
The given bonus cannot be
exchanged for cash. |
| 7.3 |
Unused bonus can be rolled
over until 31 December 2008. |

8. |
This
bonus is available for calls made
to mobile or fixed line numbers used
or registered in Thailand only, excluding
any call made to special number, international
call, international roaming, SMS and
other valued added services. |

9. |
Users
acknowledge that the rights under
this promotion are individual rights
and non-transferable. |
| |
10. |
This
promotion is valid until 30 September
2009 or while the bonus credits remain. |

11. |
Users
may enquire for the remaining bonus
credits by pressing #123#1# and call
(for TrueMove Pre Pay) |

12. |
In
the case where the user under this
promotion cancels or changes his/her
package, all existing bonuses shall
be immediately canceled. |

13. |
TrueMove
reserves its rights to suspend, change
or cancel this Terms and Conditions
if there is any illegal act or failure
to comply with any term and condition
specified under this promotion or
if TrueMove wishes to amend or change
this Terms and Conditions without
prior notice. |

14. |
TrueMove
reserves its rights to amend, alter,
suspend or cancel its service without
prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stipulated by the
relevant public authority, causing
TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend,
or cancel any term and condition of
this promotion, or such order increases
burden to TrueMove operation. |

TrueMove reserves the rights to discontinue
