To apply for Pre Pay hi-speed Internet, follow either of the these ways: |

Please follow these steps: |

Fill in your Pre Pay hi-speed Internet connection number |
| |
|
|
|
Fill in your Pre Pay PIN and Serial No. or Ref1. as shown on the Pre Pay slip. Then, the system will notify the area of service for that number. If the number is outside the area of service, the procedure will discontinue. |
| |
|
|
|
If the number is in the area of service, fill in the ID as shown on the card. In case of incorrect card (other than Starter Kit 1, 160, 1500, 1800), you will be notified of incorrect ID or type of card. |
| |
|
|
|
In case of correct ID, the system will prompt you to set up your Username and Password for Pre Pay hi-speed Internet connection which is also identical for use with a free 3 MB E-mail. |
| |
|
|
|
It is your own choice to fill in other personal information such as your birth date, ID card No., or alternative E-mail address to help you get through any possible access problem. |
| |
|
|
|
You will be notified of your registered Username and Password as well as account balance and valid days of your Pre Pay hi-speed Internet and other specified E-mail address. |
| |
|
|
|
If your account is not logged in within 7 days after registration, the valid days will be automatically deducted as it has been used. |

Remarks: |

Upon first log in, the system will automatically deduct the entrance fee of 800 Baht from your account and notify you of your balance and valid days. |

|
|
|
In case of first use of hi-speed Internet, your Internet line will be connected within 4 days. |
| |
|
|
|
Upon connecting successfully, you will be able to connect to your Pre Pay hi-speed account within 24 hours. |

|
| |
|
Channel 2: If you cannot connect to the Internet, you will be required to follow these steps: |
| |
|
|

Call 0 2900 8000 to activate your connection. You are required to identify your connection phone number and Pre Pay PIN number. |
| |
|
|
|
In case of first use of hi-speed Internet, your Internet line will be connected within 4 days. |
| |
|
|
|
Upon connecting successfully, you will be able to connect to your Pre Pay hi-speed account within 24 hours. |
| |
|
|
2. |
Upon being acknowledged of successful connection, you are required to enter the temporary Username and Password to complete your registration as per Channel 1 within 15 minutes (The connection will be automatically disconnected after 15 minutes.) |

If you run out of your account credits, your Internet connection will become inactive. Then, you are required to top up your account using the temporary Username and Password. The connection will be automatically disconnected after 15 minutes. |

Upon top up successfully, you will be notified of your top up amount and validity. In case of making incorrect entry more than 5 times, the service will be temporarily closed. You will then need to contact Call Center on 0 2900 8000. |

Terms and Conditions |

1. |
One Login/Username is valid for one fixed line number for which hi-speed Internet service is available. |
| |
|
|
2. |
The validity of your Login/Username is subject to the amount you have topped up. |
| |
|
|
3. |
You are unable to login without valid amount or days. |
| |
|
|
4. |
The validity of your Login/Username account will be recounted after its previous expiry date. Its valid balance will be added to the next top up. |
| |
|
|
5. |
You may top up your account credits within 30 days after expiration. If it exceeds 30 days (but not more than 45 days), you will be required to pay 360 Baht for retaining of your Login/Username account. |

|
|
6. |
Your Login/Username will be completely deleted from the system after 45 days of expiration. |
| |
|
|
7. |
After registration, you are not allowed to change your connection number and E-mail address in any circumstances. |

Pre Pay hi-speed Internet refers to a connection speed at the rate of four times faster than the regular dialup technology or 192/96 Kbps. The service charge is 0.24 Baht per minute with no monthly fee. An application for service can be done at any True Shop or True Move Shop. The Starter Kit comprises: |

An entrance fee of 800 Baht and a top up amount of 360 Baht with a 30-day validity. |
| |
|
|
|
A top up value of 700 Baht with a 60-day validity or 1000 Baht with a 90-day validity. |

|

|
The special price for Starter Pack is 1600 Baht excluding VAT from the regular price of 3100 Baht comprising a modem, entrance fee and a 700 Baht top up with a 60-day validity. |

2. |
The hi-speed Internet is a non-guarantee speed service. The connection rate depends on the number of users at the time of connection. |

|
3. |
The connection speed may be considerably slow down due to large mail or international downloads especially during the broadband congestion period from 20:00 hrs – 24:00 hrs. |
| |
|
|
4. |
The connection speed refers to which between your computer and True network. The download speed may be lower than the maximum speed required upon the time of applying for service especially international downloads as a result of condition and distance of the telephone line, computer, connection speed and availability of Internet data as well as server and router of the visited websites and any other factors. |

5. |
Hi-speed Internet can work effectively with specific modems and each is compatible with different operating systems. |
