IDD 006 or International Direct Dialing is an overseas call service with a prefix code 006. Through the Time Division Multiplexing technology, the service offers premium sound quality with easy connection, so you can make a call or send data via facsimile to any destination around the world.

  • Dial 006 -> country code -> area code -> destination number

    Example: Call made to Los Angeles, USA
    Dial 006 -> 1 -> 213 -> XXXXXXX
    Remark: Billing statements for IDD 006 and fixed line services are separated.
TrueMove mobile services
  (Pre Pay, Post Pay or international mobile network roaming in Thailand via TrueMove service)
 
  • Dial 006 -> country code -> area code -> destination number or
    Dial + -> country code -> area code -> destination number

    Example: Call made to Los Angeles, USA
    Dial 006 -> 1 -> 213 -> XXXXXXX or
    Dial + -> 1 -> 213 -> XXXXXXX
    Remark: IDD 006 service charge for TrueMove Post Pay subscribers will be collected together with monthly fee.

  True fixed line subscribers are able to use IDD 006 service (with no additional information required) except those who have requested for not activating international call service. In case of reactivating, please contact

  TrueMove mobile service
 
  • Those who have applied for international call service with TrueMove may dial “006” or simply press “+” in replacement of “006” (non reapplication).
  • New customers may apply for international call service at any TrueMove Shop or TrueMove agent or contact TrueMove Call Center on 1331, then press 7.
