customer can top up True Move mobile phone (Pre Pay) via
home phone. Home Top Up is one of easy top up service
by Orange. |

How home top up is convenient for customer?

Very convenient for customers to top up
their mobile, no need to buy top up card. |

Use first pay later. |

If you choose monthly top up (300 Baht
per month) your top up credit will be valid for 35 days
(extended from 30 days). |

4. |
You can control your top up amount in
advance and pay with your home telephone bill. |

How many top up types? |

There are 2 top up types |
| |
1. |
Monthly Top Up:300 Baht /month (valid
for 35 days) . |

2. |
Quick Top Up: 50, 90 or 300 Baht (valid
for 3, 7, 30 days respectively) or you can register for
both top up types |

Can customer register for both top up
types? |

|
Yes, customer can register via IVR and
choose both monthly top up and quick top up (press 3)
after specifying mobile phone number. |

How many top up types? |
|
| |
No, because Top Up amount will
go to the top up system of TPAY therefore it does include
in all together bonus. |

In case that customer change the type
Home Top Up will it be immediately activated? |

If customers change from any type to Quick
Top Up, it will be immediately activated. |
| |
2. |
If customers change from Quick Top Up
to any type such as Monthly Top Up or Monthly Top Up +
Quick Top Up it will be activated after 2 days at least. |
