| Remarks: On 27 June 2000, the Cabinet had a resolution for determination of discount domestic long distance call rate. Subsequently, on 12 October 2000, the Telephone Organisation of Thailand (TOT) started charging such call rate on Internet Protocol (IP) based call or Y-Tel 1234 and the said call rate is currently charged only for TOT callers. |

| Having discussed and coordinated with TOT, True aimed at helping those who have a phone number starting with 6, 7, 8 to take advantage from such discount domestic long distance call rate. During the conclusion process, True has decided to offer such discount long distance call solution known as 1234 by True running on the existing long distance network until the problem has been solved. In this regard, from 00:01 a.m., 16 November 2000 onwards, 1234 by True call rate would be applied with fixed line numbers only and expected to have it available for public telephones and other value-added services in the near future. |
