may cause delay.
The connection speed is the
speed of the computer that connects to
hi-speed Internet network (it is not the
speed for downloading data). The actual
connection speed may be lower than the
specified speed especially downloading
international web pages subject to many
factors including the condition and distance
of fixed line, the condition of the
computer, the Internet connection speed and
the Internet traffic as well as the power of
