Qualification
|

- Knowledge in Telecommunication, IT related fields or Call Center business is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in related fields
- Excellent Communication skills, Sales & Negotiate skills and Presentation skills
- Experience in Sale Functions for Corporate product/service solutions or Customer Service field at least 2 years is required for Senior AE position
- Good command of English
- Customer focused, Problem Solving Skills
- Mature, Disciplined, Leadership, Self-learning, Initiative, Enthusiastic and Energetic at work
- Positive attitude towards pressure and change
- Good relationship, Friendly and Approachable

Responsibilities

- Conduct the consulting presentation of Call Center product/service to interested prospects
- Seek for new prospects in order to introduce and propose Call Center products/services
- Work with teams to find out and offer the right solutions to meet customer?s needs
- Work out products/services pricing and propose official quotation
- Close sales to achieve the individual/ team sales target
- Coordinate with internal units to deliver timely and quality services to customerCoordinate with internal units to deliver timely and quality services to customer
- Maintain current customer satisfaction / revenue to gain customer loyalty
