Terms and Conditions of “Privilege for credit cardholders and bank account owners”
     
     

1. This privilege is applicable to the following postpaid customers who have not signed up for a direct debit from credit card/bank account at least one month (billing cycle) earlier. 1.1 Individual TrueMove Post Pay subscribers or; 1.2 Individual hi-speed Internet by TrueOnline and Wi-Fi by TrueMove postpaid subscribers or; 1.3 Individual postpaid True or WE PCT subscribers.


2. The users under Clause 1 are required to comply with the following conditions:

2.1 The users must hold a VISA or MasterCard card of a bank or a credit card operator issued in Thailand only, unless the users are TrueMove Post Pay customers who are entitled to hold a credit card issued overseas subject to the service provider’s specifications;

2.2 The users must be an account owner of a bank established in Thailand subject to the service provider’s specifications;

2.3 The users are required to sign up for direct debit from a credit card/bank account of a bank or a credit card operator issued in Thailand only or overseas in case of TrueMove Post Pay subscribers. Accordingly,, the users are entitled to sign up through the following channels:

2.3.1 Bank, credit card operators or as specified by the service provider
2.3.2 True Shops or TrueMove Shops nationwide
2.3.3 TrueMove Care on 1331
2.3.4 True Online Care Center on 1686
2.3.5 Website Online Billing & Payment In case of TrueMove Post Pay customers who hold a credit card issued by an overseas bank, the users should apply for direct debit service via any channels specified in Clauses 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 as from 1st January – 31st March 2010.


3. The following is privilege for users who sign up for service as per Clause 2.2:

3.1 Applicants for TrueMove service as per Clause 1.1 are entitled to receive free call bonus worth 20 minutes per month (billing cycle), send 20 text messages (SMS) per month and 20 multimedia messages (MMS) per month free of charge for a period of six months within 15 days as from the date of signup for service under Clause 2.2; All aforesaid service fees are applied for any call made to TrueMove mobile numbers used or registered in Thailand only, excluding calls made to any other mobile or fixed line numbers, special numbers other than fixed line numbers, SMS, data transfer, information service, international call, international roaming and any other additional services.

3.2. Applicants for hi-speed Internet by TrueOnline and Wi-Fi by TrueMove as per Clause 1.2 are entitled to receive a 2% discount before VAT on monthly service fee (based on billing cycle).
Such discount, which is valid from the subsequent billing cycle for a period of six months (billing cycles) consecutively, will be given if the monthly service fee of each billing cycle is paid successfully.
The Company reserves the right not to offer the discount if the monthly service fee cannot be paid in any circumstances during such period.

4. If the applicants under Clauses 2.1, 2.2 are not the credit cardholder or credit card account or bank account of a bank or a credit card operator, the applicants must do any act to have the credit cardholder or credit card account owner or bank account owner give the consent in writing or give the consent through any other application channels offered by the bank, the credit card operator or as specified by the service provider for application for the aforesaid direct debit service.

5. The service operators as per Clause 1 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or deny giving the privilege as per the following cases:

5.1 The credit card/bank account participating in this promotion is closed or expired or is cancelled during the application process or the service period;

5.2 As of the date of signup such credit card/bank account must not have an outstanding balance on any services offered by the True Group;

5.3 The service provider reserves the right to refuse to give the direct debit service from credit card/ bank account if the service provider and/or bank or credit card operator cannot deduct the monthly service fee through the card/account for three times consecutively even though the users subsequently pay such fee through any available payment channels. Accordingly, the service provider reserves the right to perform an act under law.

6. The users have the right to discontinue using the said direct debit service at any time by notifying the bank, the credit card operator or the service provider 30 days in advance and such termination shall be effective on the following billing cycle.

7. This privilege cannot be exchanged, refunded or changed for cash or transferred to any other person. ้

8. The service provided reserves the right to amend, change or cancel any Terms and Conditions and/or details of this privilege as deems appropriate without prior notice.
